Introduction:GPO-3 insulating board is also known as GPO-3 laminate. It is a hard board shaped insulating material made of alkali free glass fiber mat soaked with unsaturated polyester resin paste and added with corresponding additives through hot pressing. GPO-3 insulating board, also known as UPGM-203, refers to unsaturated polyester glass fiber felt material, which is used for mechanical and electrical purposes. It has good electrical performance under high humidity and good mechanical performance under medium temperature, and has good flame retardancy, arc resistance and resistance to electric leakage traces.

GPO-3 insulation board electrical insulation: all electrical insulation laminated products are natural high-quality insulators. According to the grade characteristics, it is widely used in the electrical field in the field of engineering technology by using its optimized special performance.
Flame retardant performance of GPO-3 insulating board: Grades 1580 and UTR are UL rated V-0. Grade UTR contains no halogen, and the system emits very little smoke and toxic smoke in case of fire.
Mechanical strength: high-strength glass fiber reinforced polyester laminated material will not be crushed. Due to its isolation properties, rigid laminates provide structural support. Flexible laminates can be used for applications with a minimum bending diameter of 19 mm.
Heat resistance: The laminated material provides excellent protection characteristics and space stability during the heating process. These laminates have UL temperature ratings in the 120-210 ℃ electronic and 130-210 ℃ mechanical range.
Easy to form: These materials can be easily formed by using standard metal operating equipment. It can be punched, drilled, machined, sheared and sanded.

 1. The products with smoke and dust are inferior products. GPO-3 insulating board products have excellent adhesion. The materials themselves are environmentally friendly and will not produce smoke and dust.
 2. Toxic gas is generated. Inferior products generally use flame retardant to achieve flame retardant effect, so there is pungent poisonous gas when burning. With the volatilization of flame retardant, the performance of the product will decrease. It is not allowed to be used in the environment where people are in contact with or in the hot environment.
 3. Combustion delamination. Due to the irregular structure of the glass fiber mat, the mechanical tension of GPO-3 comes from inside, and internal delamination will not occur during high-temperature carbonization. If there is delamination during combustion, it is a counterfeit product.
